Got Skills? The Complete Guide to Skills-Based Organizations. To establish retrain.ai as the go-to tech enabler for enterprises seeking to transition to a Skills-Based Organization model, I created all content for the company’s extensive SBO campaign, including a complete guide to the SBO concept, blog posts, social posts, social push for an industry trade show, and SBO podcast.
Buyer’s Guide to Talent Intelligence Platforms. To provide education around--and make the case for--talent intelligence, and to solidify retrain.ai’s position as the thought leader in the TI space, I created all content for the Buyer’s Guide campaign which included a comprehensive guide to vetting talent intelligence solutions and vendors, blog posts, social posts and newsletter promotion.
In the Zone: Upskilling, Reskilling, and Empowering Employees to Thrive. This ebook repurposed three articles I had written for retrain.ai’s CEO as part of his Forbes HR Council membership. Each article also ran as a blog post on the company website, and all versions (articles, blog posts, ebook) were supported via social and newsletter mentions.
Subject Matter Expertise
Showcasing individuals within an organization as subject matter experts bolsters trust and humanizes a brand, supporting messaging that’s more relatable to customers and prospects. SME content creates an authoritative yet personal connection that increases the likelihood of conversions and brand advocacy.
Forbes Human Resources Council. In producing HR council articles for retrain.ai’s CEO, I interviewed him on a wide range of industry topics, taking a journalistic approach to supporting his viewpoints with company philosophy and industry statistics. Emphasis consistently remained on topical thought leadership, not sales speak.
Trade Publication Bylines. Placing a featured article in a digital or print trade publication validates expertise and broadens a company’s reach within a relevant, engaged audience. These are sample content pieces I created for a variety of clients across industries during my time as the content specialist for Media Frenzy Global.
Blog posts. As part of increasing organic website traffic and maintaining industry thought leadership positioning, I created regular blog posts for retrain.ai on timely topics.

The NYC Audit Law and the Future of AI Regulation: Everything You Need to Know. Regulation around the use of AI in hiring processes has been increasing globally, with a new law taking effect in New York City this past year. I produced all content for retrain.ai’s NYC Law campaign, which included a comprehensive guide on the law, blog posts, social posts, vidcasts, and the inaugural Responsible HR Forum hosted in NYC.
HR Trends Report 2023. The retrain.ai content calendar for 2022 rounded out with a Q4 industry trends report for 2023. I produced all content for the HR Trends Report 2023, blog posts and social posts.
